Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton, ensuring all original tags are attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of arrival.
